LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Crips Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min purchased GBP18,750 in stock in a deal on Tuesday.
Lim Hua Min bought 75,000 shares at a price of 25.0 pence per share. Following this transaction he now holds 10.7 million shares in total, reflecting a 25% interest in the company.
Shares in the wealth management firm closed 3.0% lower at 24.26 pence on Tuesday.
