LONDON (Alliance News) - Walker Crips Group PLC Monday said Managing Director Sean Kin Wai Lam bought 221,000 shares at a price of 43.02 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, the total beneficial holding of Sean Lam is 422,996 shares representing 1.13% of the total issued share capital.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Lim Hua Min purchased 221,000 shares through connected persons at the same price. The total holding by Lim Hua Min's connected persons is 9.1 million shares, representing 24.27% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the investment manager were down 2.8% at 43.25p Monday.
