LONDON (Alliance News) - VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC on Friday said that Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC, a firm closely associated with Director Richard Levy, bought 74,706 shares in the firm.
Victory Park acquired the shares at 69.50 pence each for a total of GBP51,920. Victory's total stake in the company following the acquisition was not disclosed.
VPC Specialty Lending Investments shares closed 0.3% higher at 69.80p each.
