LONDON (Alliance News) - VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC said on Friday that investment manager Victory Park Capital Advisors LLC acquired 69,930 shares at a price of 79.80 pence per share on Wednesday.

It has not been disclosed how many shares Victory Park Capital now holds in total after the transaction, which cost approximately GBP55,804. VPC Specialty Lending said Victory Park Capital is closely associated with VPC Director Richard Levy.

Shares in the investment trust were up 1.2% at 78.30 pence on Monday.
