LONDON (Alliance News) - Verona Pharma PLC Monday said Chief Executive Officer Jan-Anders Karlsson bought 1 million shares at a price of 2 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Karlson holds 2.7 million shares, which represents 0.27% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in the biotech company were up 14% at 2.22p Monday morning.
