LONDON (Alliance News) - Venture Life Group PLC said Wednesday that it had signed a new distribution agreement with DEEF Pharmaceutical Industries Co Ltd for Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement the company will distribute Venture Life's haemorrhoids treatment Procto-eze, head-lice treatment Immobilice, and two gum pain products in its Guma-eze range.
DEEF has exclusive distribution rights for the products for five years. DEEF is part of Saudi Arabian pharmaceutical and healthcare company Banaja Holdings Ltd.
Venture expect the products to be launched towards the end of the fourth quarter of 2014, or the first quarter of 2015.
Shares in Venture last traded down 0.4% at 105.05 pence.
