LONDON (Alliance News) - Transense Technologies PLC on Monday said that it expects its full-year results to be in line with its forecasts and that it remains in talks on the sale of its IntelliSAW division.
In a statement to be given at its annual general meeting, Chairman David Ford said Transense's results for the financial year to the end of June will be in line with its expectations, with its full-year sales to be around GBP1.6 million.
In addition, Ford said the company remains in talks with a number of companies about the sale of its IntelliSAW monitoring systems business. Ford said the talks held so far with potential suitors had been "encouraging".
Transense shares were untraded Monday morning, having last traded at 1.65 pence.
