EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Tracsis Confirms Andy Kelly's Appointment As CFO

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Tracsis PLC - Leeds-based traffic data & transportation services firm - Confirms that Andy Kelly is appointed chief financial officer with immediate effect. Max Cawthra has stepped down from the board but will remain with the business in a non board role for a short period of time in order to assist with a smooth handover and transition. Cawthra's intention to stand down in "early 2021" was first announced in September 2020, and at that time Kelly's appointment was proposed for February 1, 2021. Kelly has worked at Vitec Group PLC, Anglo American PLC and Carphone Warehouse PLC.

Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC - UK-focused small cap investor - Says that, as detailed in its half-year results in January, it has appointed two non-executive directors, Michael Warren and Kevin Carter, with effect from March 1 and May 1 respectively. Warren is a director of Fidelity Asian Values PLC and Carter is chair of JPMorgan American Trust PLC, as well as a former chief executive of Old Mutual Asset Managers.

Sabien Technology Group PLC - AIM-listed energy efficiency technology firm - Hires Ranald McGregor-Smith as non-executive director, effective immediately. McGregor-Smith has worked as a corporate adviser and broker for most of his career, and co-founded investment banking business Whitman Howard Ltd in 2010 before its sale to a large competitor in 2020.

City of London Investment Group PLC - asset management company - Hires Tazim Essani as non-executive director as of Monday. Essani has over 30 years of experience in executive roles at Close Brothers Group PLC, Santander UK PLC and GE Capital.

Impax Environmental Markets PLC - trust which invests in small to mid cap companies deriving at least 50% of their revenue from environmentally friendly goods and services - Appoints Simon Fraser as a non-executive director with effect from March 1. Fraser was appointed as the incoming chair of Murray International Trust PLC in May 2020.

Pires Investments PLC - invests in companies that have the potential for major transformation and exponential growth - Appoints David Palumbo as a non-executive director, effective immediately. He is currently CEO of AIM-listed EQTEC PLC.

DP Eurasia NV - master franchisee of the Domino's Pizza brand in Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan and Georgia - Announces intended appointment of David Adams to the board as senior independent non-executive director at the company's AGM. Adams is an "experienced" non-executive director with broad experience in quick service restaurants and the consumer retail business, having served on boards ranging from Fever Tree Drinks PLC to Pizza Express UK.

Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust PLC - investment firm - Chair Neil Gaskell to step down and be succeeded by Gillian Watson on Monday. Gaskell served as chair for nine years, and Watson has been a non-executive direction since April 2013.

Dewhurst PLC - electrical components manufacturer - Richard Dewhurst to step back from his executive duties with immediate effect but will guide the company in his capacity as non-executive chair. David Dewhurst will assume Richard's executive responsibilities in his continued role as group managing director.
