Quadrise Fuels International PLC - London-based heavy fuel oil alternative manufacturer - Says while evaluations with Valkor Technologies LLC regarding the use of MSAR heavy fuel oil alternative technology on sweet heavy and paraffinic oil deposits in the US state of Utah are "progressing" well, no licences or rights for the use of the technology have been granted to Valkor. Quadrise added that it has not had any direct discussion with oil shale exploration & technology company TomCo Energy PLC or any of Valkor's partners in Utah.
