LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC Thursday said it has made an additional investment in KitApps Inc as part of a USD1 million funding round.
KitApps Inc owns the event application platform Attendify, which delivers branded mobile applications for meeting and event planners.
Attendify will use the new round of funding to further accelerate growth and product development.
TMT did not detail its stake in KitApps, or how much it invested in the funding round.
"It is our third investment in Attendify, following the USD400,000 originally invested in 2013 and 2014. Attendify is an excellent company with a great product, and we are pleased to support its continuous growth," said Executive Director Alexander Selegenev in a statement.
Shares in TMT were untraded Thursday. They last closed at 1.79 pence.
