LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC on Friday confirmed it has received the initial USD22.3 million for its Wrike Inc holding sale announced last week.
Venture capitalist TMT is selling the stake in work management platform Wrike to US private equity firm Vista Equity Partners.
The USD22.3 million is the bulk of the sale price, though there also will be a deferred consideration of up to USD300,000 payable over 18 months.
TMT shares were untraded on Friday morning, last quoted at USD2.50 a share.
