LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC on Monday said it expects an uplift of USD8.7 million in the fair value of its portfolio after two investee companies complete fundraising rounds.
TMT, which invests in high-growth, internet-based companies, said two of its portfolio companies, which it did not name, are in the process of completing equity financing rounds.
If completed, the two rounds will result in an uplift in the fair value of the company's investment portfolio of around USD8.7 million, TMT said.
Shares in TMT were untraded early Monday, having last traded at 1.76 pence.
