LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC said Monday that it had completed its USD400,000 investment in software-as-a-service company Quote Roller Inc.
California head-quartered Quote Roller runs two businesses, www.quoteroller.com and www.pandadoc.com which provide business productivity services. Quote Roller primarily handles business proposal quotes, and PandaDoc with contract related documents.
Both products are integrated and will shortly be merged under the PandaDoc name, said the company.
TMT's investment consists of a USD400,000 unsecured convertible promissory note with an interest rate of 2% per year.
Shares in TMT were trading up 1.0% at 1.99 pence Monday morning.
