LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC said MacMillan, a company controlled by senior managers German Kaplun and Alexander Morgulchik, bought 5,000 TMT shares, representing less than a 1% stake in the firm.
Following this transaction, MacMillan now holds 4.6 million TMT shares, which represents an 18.6% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading unchanged at 1.68 pence Tuesday.
