(Alliance News) - Tekcapital PLC said on Thursday that Nigel Wray has cut his stake in the investment company to 12% from 17%.
Following Thursday's transaction, Wray now holds 63.7 million shares in the company.
Shares in Tekcapital closed 0.7% down at 7.15 pence each in London on Thursday.
(Alliance News) - Tekcapital PLC on Tuesday noted MicroSalt PLC's official filing to list on London Stock Exchange's AIM market, as the latter said that its leadership consists mostly of current and former Tekcapital executives.
