Telit Communications PLC - London-based internet-of-things products - 229.5p-per-share acquisition by DBay Advisors, worth around GBP308.4 million, is approved by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US. Completion remains subject to a court approval at a hearing next Thursday. Telit will then delist from AIM in London on August 31.
