LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital advertising company Taptica International Ltd on Thursday said it has expanded into the European market via a partnership agreement with Mobile Network Group SA and said it remains confident on its outlook.
Taptica said it has signed a deal with Paris-listed Mobile Network Group to provide its marketing technology products, including access to its Big Data products, for mobile marketing campaigns.
"We are pleased to enter into a commercial agreement with MNG. They have been a pioneer focused on the mobile advertising space for the past four years. This has allowed them to become the leading operator in Europe, having built an impressive client list," said Taptica Chief Executive Hagai Tal.
In addition, Taptica said it remains confident it will deliver a rise in revenue in the full year in line with market expectations. It said the integration of performance marketing technology company AreaOne Ltd, which it bought in September for USD17.0 million, is on track.
Shares in Taptica were untraded Thursday, having last traded at 61.01 pence.
