LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------TalkTalk Telecom said Chairman Charles Dunstone bought shares in the home phone and broadband provider, in a deal worth over GBP350,000 on Tuesday.Dunstone purchased 313,322 shares at 116.70 pence each, for GBP365,647.TalkTalk did not say how many shares he now owns. The stock was up 2.1% in late trade Wednesday at 116.40p. ----------Prudential said Non-Executive Director Alice Schroeder acquired American Depository Receipts in the FTSE 100-listed life insurance company. In a transaction on Tuesday, Schroeder bought 3,000 ADRs at a price of USD35.60 each, worth USD106,800. Shares in Prudential ended 1.6% higher on Wednesday at 1,434.50p each.----------Cairn Energy said Chief Executive Simon Thomson bought GBP50,000 worth of shares on Tuesday. Thomson bought 31,812 shares at a price of 156p each, for GBP49,627. He now has 1.2 million Cairn shares, around 0.2% of the company. Shares closed 3.0% higher on Wednesday at 162.20p each.----------SIG said Chief Executive Meinie Oldersma bought shares worth just under GBP350,000 on Tuesday. Oldersma snapped up 332,388 shares at a price of 105p each for GBP349,007. SIG did not say how many shares he now has. Shares in the insulation and specialist construction products supplier ended 8.6% higher Wednesday at 112.80p each. ----------Construction materials firm Breedon said two directors have increased their stakes in the company. Non-Executive Director David Warr bought 250,000 shares at a price of 56.8p each, for GBP142,000. He now has 5.8 million Breedon shares, or 0.4% of the company. Human Resources Director Stephen Tagg purchased 35,085 shares at 57p each, for GBP19,999. Both transactions took place on Wednesday. Breedon shares finished 1.2% lower Wednesday at 56.55p apiece. ----------Benchmark Holdings said Non-Executive Director Yngve Myhre bought an initial 100,000 shares in the company on Monday. Myhre bought the stock at 57.5p, for GBP57,500. The aquaculture company's shares ended down 2.6% on Wednesday at 57.00p. ----------RHI Magnesita said Chief Financial Officer Eduardo Gotilla acquired over GBP235,000 worth of shares in the company. On Monday, Gotilla acquired 7,000 shares at GBP33.86, for a total of GBP237,034. The CFO's holding in the FTSE 250-listed refractory products supplier was not disclosed. Shares in RHI Magnesita closed up 3.1% Wednesday at 3,456.00p each.----------Value & Income Trust said a trust related to one of its directors bought shares in the company on Monday. Coltstaple Charitable Trust, of which Value & Income Director Matthew Oakeshott is a trustee, bought 75,000 shares at 265p, for a total of GBP198,750. Shares in Value & Income ended 1.1% lower on Wednesday at a price of 261.50p. ----------
