TV production company Ten Alps reported a 38.5% rise in first half pre-tax profit and said it was on track to reach full year targets.For the six-month period to 30 September 2009 pre-tax profit rose to £1.8m from £1.3m the year before. Revenue for the period was down 4.6% at £35.4m.Commenting on the results chief executive Alex Connock said, "We are pleased to achieve profits growth again despite the recession, due to the strength of our teams, the measures taken to streamline costs and the relevance of our multimedia strategy to our clients."Ten Alps added that trading since September has remained in line with the management's growth targets for the full financial year."Further progress has been made in online migration and product development, of which the benefit is anticipated from the 2010-11 financial year," it said.
