Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-headquartered fintech platform - Signs heads of terms agreement for the acquisition of an unnamed fintech-powered commodities trade enabler focused on small and medium-sized enterprises based in Singapore. Notes the acquisition will allow Supply@Me's platform to complete its global offering, by monetising inventory "in-transit", as well as generating synergy benefits "from both a funding and customer origiantion perspective." Says it expects to complete the acquisition within the next month.
Current stock price: 0.52 pence, up 7.7% on Wednesday
