LONDON (Alliance News) - Private equity firm Symphony International Holdings Ltd Thursday said Director Sunil Chandiramani bought 360,000 shares at a price of USD0.78145 each Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Chandiramani holds 15.7 million shares, which represents a 3% stake in the firm.
The company also said Director Anil Thadani bought 480,000 shares at the same price. He now holds 56.4 million shares or 10.78% of the share capital.
Symphony shares were down 1.9% at USD0.762 Thursday.
