Supermarket Income REIT PLC - real estate investment trust dedicated to investing in supermarket property - Doubles size of placing as investment manager sees "increase in the availability of attractive investment opportunities." Now targets raise of GBP200 million versus GBP100 million.
"The board of Supermarket Income REIT has carefully considered the size of the initial issue based on both the strong level of support received from potential investors during the marketing roadshow and the investment adviser's confidence in acquiring the target assets and assets in the pipeline," company says.
Shares will be issued at 115 pence each.
Has previously noted proceeds from the share issue will go towards making additional investment in line with the trust's investment criteria.
Investment Manager Atrato Capital Ltd identified four assets with an aggregate value of GBP180 million, and a further pipeline of seven assets collectively worth GBP420 million.
