LONDON (Alliance News) - Scottish media company, STV Group PLC said that non-executive director Genevieve Shore, acquired 5,564 shares at a price of 264.75 pence per share last Friday.
STV Group shares were up 1.5% Tuesday afternoon, trading at 315.00 pence per share.
