(Alliance News) - Stenprop Ltd on Friday said Chief Financial Officer James Beaumont sold shares in the real estate investment trust in a transaction on Wednesday.
Beaumont disposed of 173,983 shares at a price of 125.5 pence each, worth GBP218,349.
In has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Beaumont holds following this transaction.
Stenprop shares were trading 0.5% lower in London on Friday at 126.33p each, while in Johannesburg, the shares were down 2.0% at ZAR24.00 each.
