But it did say it was recently informed by one of its potential partners that requisite planning approval had been received in respect of the installation of gasification technology on the relevant site. "This planning permission is in respect of one of Kedco's most advanced projects; however shareholders should note that the Company is still in the process of negotiating commercial terms with the potential partner. The Company will make a further announcement when these reach a conclusion," it said.
