Lloyds Banking Group PLC - London-based lender- Non-Executive Director James Lupton buys 1.0 million shares at 26.2 pence, worth GBP262,000, on Friday.

Drax Group PLC - operates Drax power station in North Yorkshire - Chief Executive Officer Will Gardiner buys 54,772 shares at 272.5p, worth GBP149,254, on Thursday. Now has 467,114 shares.

Mitie Group PLC - London-based facilities management and professional services - CEO Phillip Bentley buys 1.1 million shares at 32.4p, worth GBP348,258, on Friday. Also buys 4.4 million shares at 25p per share, worth GBP1.1 million, on Wednesday as part of Mitie's 11 for 5 rights issue.

Vivo Energy PLC - London-headquartered distributor of Shell and Engen fuel products - Chair John Daly buys 50,000 shares at 70.56 pence, worth GBP35,278. Independent Non-Executive Director Christopher Rogers buys 35,500 shares at 69.83p, worth GBP24,788. Both on Thursday.

SigmaRoc PLC - London-based construction materials - Executive Chair David Barrett buys 40,000 shares at average 41.13p and now holds 2.4 million shares, a 0.9% stake.
