DIRECTOR DEALINGS: SQS Software Quality Systems CEO Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - SQS Software Quality Systems AG said Chief Executive Officer Diederik Vos bought 1,000 shares at a price of 401 pence per share Wednesday.

The purchase is his only holding in the software testing and quality management services group.

The stock was flat at 401.00p Wednesday.
