Spectra Systems Corp - Providence, Rhode Island-based banknote authentication software provider - Raises equity interest in Solaris Biosciences Inc to 49% from 4.8% for USD700,000.
For 2019, Solaris reported post-tax loss of USD10,000, while generating no revenue.
Also announced renewed contracts with two US state lottery customers for nine and ten-year terms respectively. Aggregate value of contracts stand at USD1 million over the full term, with potential to earn an additional USD250,000 from software work plans.
