LONDON (Alliance News) - Spire Healthcare Group PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director John Gildersleeve bought 63,700 shares at a price of 389.8075 pence per share on Wednesday.
The company also said Anna Gildersleeve bought 57,300 shares at the same price.
Following the purchases, John Gildersleeve has a beneficial interest in 125,761 shares.
Shares in the private healthcare provider were down 0.4% at 388.20p Thursday.
