LONDON (Alliance News) - Sphere Medical Holding PLC Monday said Chief Executive Officer Wolfgang Rencken bought 11,970 shares at a price of 25 pence per share Friday, which represents his only holding in the company.
Shares in the medical equipment company were up 2.0% at 25.00p Monday.
