LONDON (Alliance News) - Secure Property Development and Investment Ltd PLC Friday said it had raised USD1.3 million in a share placing.
In a statement, the property developer said it issued nearly 1.2 million new shares to an unnamed new investors for 70 pence a share.
It didn't say what it will use the proceeds for.
The company's shares last traded at 55.00 pence a share.
