LONDON (Alliance News) - Spatial software company 1Spatial PLC on Tuesday said it has signed a reseller agreement with navigation, mapping and location software company HERE.
The agreement follows the partnership signed by the pair in January to provide high-grade map content for the enterprise market.
No financial details on the new agreement, which will run to August 2017, were disclosed.
"After announcing the strategic partnership with HERE, we are pleased that our relationship has extended with our reseller agreement. The role of reliable data within the automotive industry continues to be a major issue, but is also a challenge for lots of adjacent verticals," said Marcus Hanke, 1Spatial's chief executive.
Shares in 1Spatial were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 4.00 pence.
