LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Oil PLC said that it issued 3.7 million options to subscribe for shares in the company at 14.25 pence each last week.
The options will vest on September 25, 2018, and will be exercisable thereafter at any time until September 25, 2020.
Chief Executive James Parsons has been issued with 1.3 million of the options.
Shares in Sound Oil were trading down 2.5% at 14.01 pence Wednesday afternoon.
