LONDON (Alliance News) - Sound Energy PLC on Monday said Greenberry PLC has bought 100,000 shares in the company at a price of 40.46 pence each.
Greenberry is affiliated to Sound Energy shareholder Continental Investment Partners SA. Sound Energy Director Marco Fumagalli is a founder and 25% shareholder in Continental Investment.
The total cost of Greenberry's transaction was GBP40,460. Sound did not say when the transaction happened. Following the deal, Continental Investment and its affiliates hold 1.9% on Sound's shares.
Shares in the oil and gas company ended down 1.2% at 40.46p each.
