Energy daving device developer Sabien Technology bounced into the black at the interim stage and has got off to a good start to the second half of the year.Profit before tax in the six months to 31 December was £0.19m, versus a loss of £0.34m the year before. Revenue stormed ahead to £1.13m from £0.44m the year before.The company has received sales orders worth £0.28m the beginning of 2011, bringing the total for the financial year to date up to £1.73m, compared to £0.97m of revenue in the whole of fiscal 2009/10.The sales pipeline has improved to £5.7m from the £3.2m reported at the time of the company's November update.Cash at the end of 2010 had dipped to £0.91m from £0.97m at the end of June.
