IN BRIEF: Sondrel seeking new CFO as Lopez makes sudden exit

Sondrel Holdings PLC - Reading, England-based semiconductor company - Chief Financial Officer Joe Lopez stands down with immediate effect and "by mutual agreement". He will step down as a director before September 30. Sondrel appoints Nick Stone as non-board interim CFO, effective from Thursday. Stone most recently was CFO of Braemar PLC from 2019 to 2023; he also has served as CFO at The Appointment Group Ltd, Hornby PLC and KBC Advanced Technologies PLC. Sondrel has initiated its search process for a permanent CFO.

Current stock price: 16.65 pence, down 3.5% in London on Wednesday
