DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Scottish Mortgage Non-Exec Director Sells Shares

(Alliance News) - Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC said Monday Non-Executive Director Paola Subacchi sold shares in the company in the transaction on Friday last week.

Subacchi sold 3,500 shares in the investment company at a price of 599.5 pence each, worth GBP21,000.

The trust did not disclose how many shares, if any, Subacchi holds following this transaction.

Scottish Mortgage shares were trading marginally lower in London at 598.08p each on Monday.
