LONDON (Alliance News) - Smartspace Software PLC on Monday said it secured a new commercial global partnering agreement with manufacturer of meeting room display panels Evoko.
The workspace management software provider said Evoko sells its products via a global network of over 80 distributors and hundreds of reseller partners.
Under the deal, SmartSpace has created an Evoko-branded version of its Calendar software application. This software will be offered by Evoko and its distribution network as Evoko-branded Liso Calendar add-on together with the Evoko Liso hardware.
Evoko Liso Calendar add-on is a new subscription add-on to the Evoko Liso room management system designed to interact with Outlook and add additional services to the core Evoko Liso product.
"We are delighted to announce our first partnering agreement with Evoko," said SmartSpace Chief Executive Frank Beechinor.
"Our solutions complement each other in really good ways and we look forward to continue to build our partnership and finding new ways to help organization have magnificent meetings," added Evoko CEO Richard Gluckman.
SmartSpace shares were trading 2.2% higher on Monday at 93.50 pence each.
