LONDON (Alliance News) - Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust said Friday that Non-Executive Director Michael Balfour bought 60,000 shares in the firm on Thursday.
Balfour acquired the shares at 89.00 pence each for GBP53,400. Following the deal, he holds 84,260 shares in the trust.
Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust shares were trading up 0.4% at 88.94p each.
