(Alliance News) - SIG PLC said Chair Andrew Allner purchased around GBP16,000 in stock, while his spouse sold almost GBP6,000 in shares on Tuesday.
Andrew bought 6,000 shares at a price of 99.6 pence per share, and then another 10,000 shares for 99.9p each.
Meanwhile, Andrew's spouse Susan Allner sold 6,000 shares at a price of 99.4p per share.
It was not disclosed how many shares the Allners now hold following the transactions.
Shares in the FTSE 250 listed building materials firm were down 0.2% at 100.30 pence on Tuesday.
