Synchronica says it is awaiting final documentation for a major order delivered at the end of December. On the assumption that this documentation is received, revenue for 2009 will be broadly in line with market expectations at around £4.5m.Works Media said it has completed a review of the business which has resulted in a tighter strategic focus on the core activities of its two divisions. In addition, there has been a reduction in overheads which is expected to yield annualised savings of £500k. 'With these three new investments in the portfolio, Juridica has expanded its relationships to include two additional Am Law 100 firms and another Am Law 200 firm. In each investment, the Company is pleased to be supporting a client that is represented by an experienced trial lawyer who has established a record of success in the courtroom,' the company said.Asset manager Sigma Capital expects to post profit before tax of more than £0.9m for 2009, compared to a loss of £0.5m in 2008. Revenue is expected to dip to £2.4m from £4.7m the year before.The group said it will be recommending payment of a maiden dividend when it announces its preliminary results for 2009. Net asset value per share at the end of the year stood at 19p, up from 15.9p the year before.
