LONDON (Alliance News) - Antiques furniture dealer Mallett PLC Monday said that Chairman Lord Peter Daresbury has resigned.
The company said Non-Executive Director James Heneage has also resigned from the board.
Stamp collecting company Stanley Gibbons Group PLC and Mallett reached a deal back in September, for Mallett to be bought by Stanley Gibbons for GBP8.6 million in cash.
Mallett shares were trading 5.1% lower Monday morning at 56.00 pence.
