LONDON (Alliance News) - Safestyle UK PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Steve Birmingham bought 17,500 shares at a price of 280.6 pence per share on Monday.
Following this transaction, Birmingham now holds 4.1 million shares, which represents 5.01% stake in the windows and doors maker.
The stock was down 0.3% at 277.00p Tuesday.
