LONDON (Alliance News) - Sepura PLC on Thursday said it has conditionally raised GBP65.0 million in a firm placing, placing and an open offer, having issued 185.7 million shares at 35 pence per share, after its open offer closed for acceptance on Wednesday.
Shares in Sepura were flat at 33.00p on Thursday morning.
The critical communications services company said it issued 124.3 million shares at 35p per share under its firm placing, to raise GBP43.5 million, and issued 61.5 million shares at 35p per share under the placing and open offer, raising GBP21.5 million.
Sepura said it received valid acceptances for 59.1% of the shares, or 36.3 million shares, offered under the open offer, which closed on Wednesday morning.
Sepura said the fundraise is conditional upon approval of Sepura shareholders at a general meeting to be held on Friday and, if approved, the shares are expected to be admitted to trading on Monday.
