LONDON (Dow Jones)--Sepura PLC (SEPU.LN), a global provider of TETRA digital radios, Wednesday announces that Philip Nolan, Chairman, will step down with immediate effect and be replaced by John Hughes. MAIN FACTS: -Nolan informed the Board of his wish to step down as Chairman of the Company to pursue other interests. -Nolan will stand down immediately after the AGM whereupon John will assume the Chairmanship. -Hughes has previously held senior positions with a number of leading technology companies, including Thales Group, where he was Executive Vice-President and COO, and Lucent Technologies, where he was President of the GSM/IMTS businesses. -Shares at 1131 GMT down 1.0 pence, or 2.2%, at 44.0 pence.
