LONDON (Alliance News) - Sepura PLC Thursday said Chairman-designate Russell King bought 20,000 shares at a price of 158 pence per share Wednesday.
The purchase is his only holding.
The critical communications provider on Wednesday said it has appointed King as its new chairman, effective from after its annual general meeting on September 7.
King will take over from John Hughes, who has been in the role for five years and will remain with the company as a strategic advisor.
The stock was trading at 157.00p up 0.3% Thursday.
