LONDON (Alliance News) - Strategic Equity Capital PLC on Monday said that Prospect Investment Management Ltd, a firm controlled by Director David Morrison, acquired 10,000 shares in the company.
On Thursday, Prospect Investment bought the shares at 222.00 pence each for a total value of GBP22,200.
Strategic Equity Capital shares were trading down 2.8% at 217.16p each on Monday afternoon.
