Scapa Group PLC - Manchester-based medical devices and industrial adhesives - Seeks approval of 75% of shareholders for its takeover by AMS HoldCo 2 Ltd, a subsidiary of paper materials manufacturer Schweitzer-Mauduit International Inc. Under the offer, AMS Holdco will pay around GBP402.9 million for Scapa.
