(Alliance News) - Saga PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Julie Hopes purchased GBP9,938 worth of shares in the over-50s insurer and travel firm.
Hopes paid 38.66 pence each for 25,707 shares in Saga. Her prior holding, if any, wasn't disclosed.
On Wednesday last week, Saga announced its chief executive officer will be retiring at the end of January 2020 and it is looking for a successor. Lance Batchelor has been CEO at the company since 2014 and was CEO at takeaway firm Domino's Pizza Group PLC for the three years before that.
Shares in Saga were up 0.6% at 37.08 pence on Tuesday morning.
