(Alliance News) - Rentokil Initial PLC said Friday that Non-Executive Director Crispin Davis will stand down from the FTSE 100-listed support services firm at the end of June.
Davis - a non-exec since 2017 - is leaving Rentokil Initial due to "other personal commitments, including increased obligations requiring him to be based for periods of time in the US."
Shares in Rentokil Initial were 0.4% higher 399.56 pence in London on Friday.
